Sam, a white male in his 50s, becomes upset when he hears an Asian, Fred, make derogatory remarks at a political rally. He soon goes to Fred's house to terrorize him. Sam bursts in violently and raises a bat to smash a bookcase, but suddenly stops mid swing. He is shocked to recognize a photo on the bookcase - a photo he has at home himself - in which Sam's father and Fred's father stand alongside each other Sam, upon learning who Fred is, drops to his knees, aghast with himself for what he had been about to do.
