Despite the lack of interest in the story, the image, sound, and atmosphere were all very interesting and beautiful. To be honest, the name of the movie piqued my interest. Because in my home country, there is a network of markets known as "OBA." I smiled when I saw the title of the film. I watched it, and it was a very mystical and interesting film. Even though it was brief, I enjoyed it. The sound and effects in the film were also very good. The sound of a talking drum (dondo) is both interesting and strange. I enjoy the sound of this instrument. I believe it sounds like a human voice. The costumes were also very nice. It reminded me of the Wakanda scenes from the film "Black Panther." But it's more mystical in this movie.

A simple story, almost a sketch, about death of a king, the ritual for discover the new ruler, the strange, at first sight, option for a young man very far, in many senses, by the comunity who expects him, the advices of aunt of man, the coronation.

Admirable film for sound, image and remind, in fair - inspired manner, of familiar things from old legends and fairy tales, for the mix of traditions and futuristic elements, for wise crafted tension and for the try to transform the viewer in part of story.

Not demonstration but interesting portraits .

And the return to a past, not only African, in wich tradition rules at whole.

In short, beautiful film. In just profound sense.
