Ryota Sato was an ordinary office worker; then he died and was reincarnated into fantasy world. Here he learns that he is destined to remain at 'Level One'. This might make it hard to survive there but he has another skill that more than makes up for it; any monster he defeats will drop superior items to those got by anybody else... this includes monsters that nobody else gets anything from. With these items he becomes able to defeat monsters well above his own power level. His drops are also very profitable. As the series progresses he makes new (female) friends who join him as he explores more dungeons and gains useful skills.
It seems that every season will have a few isekai series and this is a decent enough example of the genre. The sort of thing one enjoys while watching but are unlikely to feel a need to watch again once it is over. The characters are fun to watch and their adventures are entertaining even if one never really feels that they are in real danger. Ryota may be surrounded by female friends but there is little in the way of fan service. The character designs are fairly typical; easy to distinguish from each other but could easily have featured in a slew of current series. Overall I'd say this isn't a must see but it does pass the time nicely if you enjoy the genre.

(12+) A very average "isekai" adventure that offers nothing new and was very formulaic. The protagonist has an absurd quirk to his skills that makes him unstoppable, and he's never really challenged through the series at all. He gathers up a harem of female adventurers to help him and several of them had quirks, too, but none that really added to the story. The leveling up process made no sense, and even in the last episode a princess max level was 99, the main female protagonist was 40, one of the other females in the party was 62. It just made no sense. The only facet that seemed a little different (not in a good way) was that every single thing that can be eaten is dropped by monsters. So, you kill a slime, you get a carrot. Kill a bat, you get a potato, etc. If you think it sounds kind of lame, you're right. Pass on this one unless you've watched every other single "isekai" adventure you can find, and this is the very last.
