Dale Dye retired from the Marines and started the military consulting firm to Hollywood, Warriors Inc. He has worked on such films as Platoon, Casualties of War, Born on the Fourth of July, JFK, The Last of the Mohicans, Forrest Gump, Starship Troopers, Saving Private Ryan, The Thin Red Line, the Medal of Honor video game series, Tigerland, Band of Brothers, The Pacific, Greyhound, and The Last Full Measure. Dale also writes books on the Marines and the military.

He is a known public speaker, minister, author, screenwriter, and veteran advocate. He runs the Mighty Oaks Foundation and is involved with many more veteran nonprofit organizations and support groups.
