When Sam is behind the bar shooting at his attackers, when on his back and when he gets up, he is shows to be using his bolt action sniper rifle. Of the first three he kill, the time between kills one and two show him taking almost 1.5 seconds to reload, yet the time between kills two and three are separated by .56 seconds.
At approximately 16 minutes in, a wolf is shown entering a woodland area in slow motion. It is clear that the wolfs left eye (the viewers right) is blue, while the wolfs right eye is brown. Approximately 15 seconds later, the wolf is shown close up with the eye color reversed.
-SPOILER**
Almost an hour in, when Lily is shot in the side and back, as Mona is telling her she will be okay, there is a line of blood that is supposed to be coming from Lily's mouth. However, there is no blood in her mouth, her teeth are clean, nor is there a trail of blood at the corner of her mouth. It literally appears as if someone applied the blood with a dropper about a centimeter from the corner of her mouth.
In the beginning scene Sam is cleaning a rifle barrel. He uses a nylon brush on a rod which is standard practice. However you never clean a rifle barrel from the end as he did. You always brush the barrel bore from the chamber end so that any loose deposits come out the end of the barrel and not into the breech workings..
After the hit from the first part of the movie, Sam Lorde and his friend Ken are on a plane heading out of the UK, to go back to the States. However, when they leave the plane, the cars waiting for them have UK number plates and not USA ones.
In the very beginning scene Sam empties his shotgun then loads one round into the breech. Yet when the wolf appears, he cocks the gun again as if loading a cartridge into the breech. He already has one in so it would have been ejected and he would in fact be facing a wolf with an unloaded gun.
In the beginning scene Sam is faced by a wolf. However the animal has heterochromia, and while some wolf dog hybrids can have this condition, no wild wolf suffers from it.
After the hit, Sam and Ken are stopped in a parking garage and must fight their way out. At approximately the 8 min mark, Ken throws a right cross at a black guard with dreads and clearly misses him by 6-10 inches.
When being shot at by the sniper from the skyscraper, Sam Lorde hears the rifle fire before the bullet hits the penthouse. In reality, a typical rifle round travels at more than twice the speed of sound so the bullet would actually hit before the rifle fire could be heard.
Sam is depicted as a highly trained sniper and warrior, cognizant of his surroundings and capable in his craft. He even has a loaded shotgun to defend himself outside his home while he's cleaning his rifle should someone or something potentially threaten him. Yet after his encounter with a wolf outside his cabin home, he receives a call from Tam and he literally walks inside his home leaving the two weapons uncovered, out in the elements, 10-20 yards from his home.
Sam Lorde says curtains (drapes) twice when asking for them to be closed, when in fact with him meant to be American he should have said drapes. With Mr Adkins being English, he must have just forgot to say the correct line.
It is perfectly fine to call them "curtains" in the US. Drapes and curtains are regional words not national words.
