The following scenes were filmed in Cambodia: Outside the "Tokyo Hotel", Alley chase scene, Dialogue between 2 policeman inside a flying squad car, a scene in a field, and a scene of the Chief of the International Police addressing his officers, were all filmed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Joe Bryan Baker played the role of the western policeman and served as the Cambodia producer.
