    What a documentary!

Wow! Who knew that pigeon racing in the desert was a thing!?

The directing and writing in this documentary is amazing! The angles of the shots and the cinematography is top notch. This film made you feel as if you were present to witness this great and weird, but captivating experience. The way the director was able to capture the personalities and uniqueness of each of the characters is spot on. This film wanted me wanting more. How about having prime picking this up and creating a series? The Tiger King of the sky!

I'm definitely going to look at the sky and at pigeons a whole lot differently. Dear Patrick Graham and film staff GREAT FILM!!! I can't wait for your next project!

    The Hobby/Sport of Pigeon Racing

I found The Pigeon People documentary to be very intriguing. Pigeon Racing is a Hobby/ Sport I have never heard of before.

It Really opened my eyes to see pigeons as More of a Reliable, Intelligent, Really Tough Birds. Not the sky rats, I use to call them for pooping on my vehicle.

And the gentleman who participate in this Hobby/Sport, of Raising and Racing pigeons, Have such spirited, competitive, Love & passion. For both their Birds & the dying sport.

I Enjoyed seeing them beaming over their birds. Comparing stats, & learning all about this unknown Niche.

The Pigeon People documentary was interesting, and I would definitely recommend Everyone give it a watch!!!

    So interesting!

I'll be honest, I'm not a pet person. I'm cool with other people's pets, but I'm just not into the chores.

But I've always been interested in "useful" animals: farm animals, beasts of burden, helping dogs, etc.

This movie almost makes me want to buy a bunch of carrier pigeons and starting sending messages back and forth to my friends 🤣

The movie does a deep dive, it's not quite enough info to get you started raising pigeons all on your own, but you get a feel for the dedication, the conditions, the technology, and all the other aspects that go into this underground sport.

It's interesting to see people pour their hearts into these birds, and exciting to see how it all turns out. I definitely recommend it!

    ILoved this Film

My husband and I rented this film after watching the trailer. I have to say we were absolutely glued to it, and found ourselves rooting for the pigeons to make it home. The dedication and hard work that these people put into raising birds was amazing. Each person and their unique story of how they got into the sport. I loved each and everyone of them, especially Bob and found him interesting, and his wife. I love how he helps the younger generation get into the sport. He is a fierce competitor, but yet so kind and truly enjoys his competitors.and you can see the love and respect they have for each other. I love the interviews with the People. They're honest and hilarious. Refreshing to say the least ..thank you for this beautifully made documentary. I really hope to see more of these documentaries.

    Good Stories about Great Characters

Approaching this film, I was unsure what to think exactly, but the intrigue was undeniable because how could it not be? The premise alone was enough to pique my curiosity and draw me in. Birds are a lot more intelligent than people often give them credit.

The characters in this documentary are as large as life, gritty but also endearing.

The sport of racing pigeons was a concept that was entirely new for me, making the experience all the more intriguing. However, the film is not merely about pigeon racing. It delves deeper though, exploring themes of a fading craft, unwavering dedication, and the therapeutic power of nature.

My fiance and I loved it and definitely highly recommend it.
