I watched some videos on tiktok about it then i watched the first episode yesterday and I can't stop watching. Best Turkish drama series ever, there's nothing like it,with captivating characters and a compelling storyline set. I'm on episode 2, but the writing is frustrating. Through out the whole episode, I'm screaming " go to the POLICE", it's almost like turkey is a jungle with the rich being first class citizens. The police are constantly breaking the law, doing things they will get sued for in real life and people are comically evil, and extremely annoying.
A missing child at the age of 5 and no one recognised him? Maybe his parents couldn't recognise an older him, but his grandpa? No way these old men can smell DNA Also, Every time the doctor mother tries to do something selfless, the whole family cries and tells her she's too invested in her " lost" son. Which has nothing to do with anything. It's very annoying.
The lack of chemistry between the cast members is also hurting the series.

This review is based on the first 3 episodes - only 3 episodes released to-date. The story is very moving and focuses on Ali who was kidnapped and lived in the streets. At his adult age, he discovered his biological family but can he return to live with them? Can all of the family members accept them? Who kidnapped him and why? I'm glad the series so far is pretty fast in pace and I especially like a strong hero and Hali Ozgur Sari is great as Yaman. However much they beat this guy, he comes up stronger and more determined. And the great thing about the plot is that he really wants to find out who kidnapped him and why. I like that part of the plot. I was afraid that once he discovered his new family, the series may move focus on family drama of jealousy, fitting in or not fitting in, etc. I hope our hero's path will be less predictable and an interesting plot will unfold itself as the series continues. The entire cast is good too and especially like to watch Yaman's mother, father, grandfather and also Yaman's "street sister".
So far the series is one of the best. Raises the issues os social class in a powerful and realistic way.
Yabani Ali is a great protaganist. You empathize and fall in love with him immediately. His mother also is so gifted in this role as is the entire family including the unwelcoming evil twin siblings, mean and up to no good so far. I hope they mellow a bit bc continuing on that path will soon be too much oa a trope, tiring to watch and unnecessary to tell this often both heartbreaking and uplifting story.
The plot revolving around Yabani's street family is also heartwarming to watch and Im also hoping that part of the plot doesnt deteriorate.

It is a very good series so good that it touches your heart, many new things happen continuously without stopping thinking about the next chapter. I recommend the series 100%.
The acting of the characters is very good, not to mention the settings and landscapes of the heart of Turkey (Istanbul), without a doubt a series to take into account if you like dramas and love stories.
The only problem with Turkish series is that sometimes they lengthen them so much that the story loses its way and I hope that is not the case with this series, which is becoming one of my favorites if it continues on the path so far.
