Dylan meets with his father Peter to scatter his grandfather's ashes at the Campsie Fells, a range of hills north of Glasgow. First thinking they were getting there by car, Peter surprises Dylan by arriving with a backpack full of food and two bikes. For what Dylan thought was going to be a farewell to his grandfather, Peter saw a bike tour. With their differences, they embark on their emotionally thorny journey to the Campsie Fells.
