MY3

Thanks to the team for bringing a light hearted, interesting comedy in the cluttered space of coarse, dark, sexual, filthy content floating on OTT's these days.

My Kudos to you all!

For viewers: This is an interesting comedy with a tech theme, beautifully complementing the character sketches, with all coming up really well in keeping the episodes comic and entertaining to watch :)

Only gap I felt was the two assistant characters being too silly for me. But they don't come in between of the entertainment, mostly, so no worries.

The story is crafted with mix of tech/'practical' sci-fi (and thus is relatable), with a background love story and intertwined with an interesting medical back drop to the main lead male character, which really gives the whole fabric to the story for all characters to weave themselves in it (sorry for such articulation, I am trying to keep spoilers out of this review :P )

In all, I was looking something to relax myself with something that makes me smile and laugh, and was scrolling through OTT content finding the usual cheap or unnecessary dark, filthy stuff. Bored out of all the seriousness, I went for "MY3" on the release date itself without having any reviews but the trailer, and thank god for the choice.

So go ahead viewers and entertain yourself on this series of light hearted comic relief, along with the beautiful and hot Hansika as the female lead to add to the beautiful touch in the love story.

I would want her as my MY3 :D :D.

I am an ardent fan of 'I'm not a Robot' series. I cherish each and every episode of the original. I wondered how it would be if it is remade by our Tamil film industry because the romance and story narrative revolving 'Aji3' in 'I'm not a robot' is well suited to be made as a feel-good tamil film. I even suggested about the original series to many tamil film enthusiasts through forums and tweets. When I came to know that this My3 is based on 'I'm not a robot', I was extremely thrilled, and I couldn't wait for its release in Disney+.

But... I was extremely extremely disappointed watching this series. The male lead (i don't know the name) is the worst among them all with such a Horrible acting. Casting this main lead is injustice to 'Yoo Seung-ho' who played the same role in the original 'I'm not a robot'. Hansika is not suited for this role. All the cuteness and funny portrayal of 'Aji3' by 'Chae Soo-bin' in 'I'm not a robot' are completely missing in Hansika's acting. In fact, it's a huge let down by the main leads in My3.

Now coming to SCREENPLAY... I couldn't find words to describe how bad it is. This My3 would have been better (albeit with a different casting) if no changes have been made from the original screenplay of 'I'm not a robot' (which is perfect already. Every tamil audience would have loved it).

Guys if you liked My3 and wondering why I'm being this much critical about this series, please watch 'I'm not a robot'. You will thank me for the suggestion and You will not like but love the original.

On the whole, All the feel good moments of the original series became pathetic in this My3 version.

Aji3 got completely destroyed by My3.

A must watch binge with family. Leaves you in splits .The actors have done their best performance ,especially Hansika and Mugen. It is definitely one show that will make ur mood lighter. If u try to see logic and sense , you will not like it, it's meant to be a show to give a laughter therapy I must say!!! Totally loved this one!

To speak about the actors, Mugen has done such an excellent work! He is such a fine actor . Loved his expressions, acting and just everything.

Hansika is so effortless as an actor...she eases in both character so wonderfully.she is so talented.

All other artists have done an immense role...!

Waiting for a season 2 !

The best part about this web series is that it made me rewatch the original and this time, the original felt even better as I compared almost every scene with the cheap remake and was re-impressed by how the original was way better in every aspect.

But, while I watched MY3, almost every scene was a let down. Naturally, I compared every scene with the original and it was nowhere as cute/funny/sentimental/emotional as the original one.

Of course, this web series spans for just about 4-5 hours compared to the original which was about 16 hours long. So, I knew that a lot of scenes would be cut. But, this web series didn't even have a meaningful plot. A lot of scenes were just downright cringy.

Calling it as a "Desi twist" or a "Sci-fi" series would be like playing a cruel joke on Indian cinema industry.

To summarize, it's an okay watch for someone who hasn't watched the original. But, those who watched the original should only see this web series if they want some meme material for their social media accounts.

After a long time, a feel-good series in Tamil to watch with entire Family.

Both kids and adults liked it.

Emotions and humor are good.

All actors acted well. Hansika, Mugen, Janani, Shanthanu did their job well.

Screenplay and BGM are good.

After getting bored of many other series which are of same stories and not watchable with family, this series came as a different one.

Everyone in my home watched all 9 episodes in 1 day.

Thanks to hotstar for bringing new story like this in Tamil with a good cast.

Expecting more such series like this in future.
