It's just another one of those typical kdramas featuring relentless bullying. Nothing groundbreaking. If there's just one drama that you probably wanna watch surrounding bullying then it has to be glory.
The theme of the show seemed pretty interesting, however it did not live upto expectations. There are so many characters who were just so lame - mainly myeong ja eun. Why does she act so clueless and dumb throughout the show? No body knows.
The protagonist was smart yes, however the actress was kind of expressionless most of the time. Idk something felt off about her.
Other than the fact how there was a lot of exaggeration, I also felt the ending was kind of too good to be true. But okay, not complaining.
So I don't hate it, but I don't like it either.

"Pyramid Game" is a concise series, spanning just 12 episodes, with a plot centered around bullying. The casting is notably effective, as the actors deliver convincing performances. This drama is a suitable choice if you're looking to pass some time. The depiction of bullying is strikingly realistic, although the game element is fictional. Yet, it cleverly illustrates societal dynamics-how the rich gain more power and continue to thrive, while the poor remain oppressed and stuck at the bottom of the pyramid.
Overall, it's a worthwhile watch. If you have some spare time, it's definitely engaging; however, if your time is limited, there might be other priorities for your viewing list.

Pyramid game deals with the well-known school bullying. As if today's kids aren't already too creative in their methods of bullying, they have just given them another idea with this series.
Regardless, the series started intensely and interestingly, but soon they started messing with the timeline. Every episode is cut in key scenes and without any explanation why what is happening, the scene continues confusingly and without meaning. Cut scenes are returned sometimes in the middle or at the end of the episode, sometimes at the beginning of a new episode, and sometimes they completely forgot to return the scene to show what actually happened in the part that they deliberately did not show.
Overall, the series wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't played too much with the timeline and thus made everything confusing.

It is one of the most beautiful series I have watched and I recommend watching it because it is very awesome. I learned about it from my cousin One of the best things about the series is the acting. The characters are awesome. If until now you are not convinced that it is nice, you should know that I finished it in two days. Honestly, the first episode was good. From episode 3, the series becomes terrible. Many of the characters were awesome. The acting was very wonderful in the episodes. You don't know what will happen if you don't complete a lot. It's nice, I recommend the photography, and the directing was very wonderful. We advise you a lot about it.
Positives:
This show's main focus is bullying, and they show it in an entertaining way while giving a good message on how to deal with it.
Despite the 10 episodes, each approx one hour long , the show is mostly engaging, and the editing is sharp in most of the episodes.
The cast is super awesome, especially the actresses who played Soo-ji and Ha-rin.
It's a binge-worthy show.
'Higher' song that plays during the intro and in between, enhances the experience of watching the show. Also, I like 'In the Dark' song that plays at the end.
It could be a good watch for fans of All of Us Are Dead and Squid Game.
The last scene did a good job setting up for season 2.
Negatives:
There's a lot, lot, lot of staring, which sometimes can bore the audience, like me, where the characters are just staring at each other without speaking.
If there had been eight episodes of about 30-45 minutes each, it would have been a better watch.
Episode 8 and Episode 10 have some overstretched and boring scenes. The finale episode (the 10th episode) wasn't that good or engaging. Also, I didn't get all the answers, especially the one related to the first scene in the show.
Overall, it's a must-watch show because of the amazing cast and interesting storyline. Ignore the negative points I shared and give this show a try, it might be the best show released this year. I hope it gets the hype it deserves and is renewed for season 2.
