Excellent feel good story and yet with enough plot twists to keep the story from being overly mushy. The acting overall was VERY good and in some cases Outstanding. I loved the camera angles and clothing choices for the individual moment(s). The only annoying glitches was sound quality in certain spots of the movie but not too often.
We need more positive stories in our lives but with storylines that depict real people and situations- I find unlike many "Hallmark" films.
Faith based films are increasing in the public's eyes and their popularity can definitely be traced to films like The Ribbon. Nice job Team!!!!

Two young ladies discover they're pregnant, one from a broken dysfunctional relationship, the other a happy newlywed. Fate brings them together for a heartwarming tale of unconditional love, faith, and family healing. The Ribbon is a gripping drama and an inspiring story. While faith is involved, it isn't thrown in our faces or bashed over our heads, it's very subtle but lovingly present. The entire cast is a mix of seasoned actors and talented newcomers, and each one delivers a powerful performance under the expert direction of Carrie Simon. The Ribbon is a bold and beautiful film with an inspiring message.
The story line of the movie was engaging and that is what kept me watching until the end. The acting was not that great, with a few exceptions. I did like the store manager and the store clerk.
There were some plot holes and I would like to have seen more character development. The store clerk infused some light humor, which was needed. It would have been nice to see the store manager used for some light humor also.
I thought the movie was going to end one way. But it went another direction. I was satisfied with the ending.
Overall, it was okay. And it is refreshing to watch a movie without swearing in every other sentence.

Not only was I sitting on the edge of my seat the whole time but there were a few plot twists that I had no idea were coming! I went through so many emotions during this film, I can't tell you how many times I cried throughout. The actors and actresses embodied their roles perfectly! The story line was very well played out, there were so many details put into every aspect of the film. You can tell they put everything they had to give into making this and no doubt had so much fun filming together. Over all it was heart wrenching and heart warming and would definitely love to see this film everywhere!
This movie and characters were phenomenal! They all played their rolls well. Real life situations, and I enjoyed watching how they handled their struggles and turning to their faith to carry them through each and every day. So sad when she felt she had no alternative but to give up her child for adoption. So much emotion that I had to shed some tears. I truly enjoyed this movie. Standing strong in your faith will allow all things to fall into place. Make it a series. I would highly recommend this movie to my friends and family. Would love to see the actress Sherri Lattanzi appear more often in the movie. She is a great actress. Overall, a great move in faith and spirituality.
