In 1992, a rash of murders has been committed by a serial killer named The Butcher, who targets sex workers. Veronica, a goth, works as a Phone Girl answering calls at a Las Vegas escort agency owned by her boss, Percy, that she has a contentious relationship with. One night, she receives a series of calls from a mysterious man named Devin, who grows increasingly more obscene and threatening. Could Devin be The Butcher?
