This is not an ending most people wanted but it is the ending that superman deserved. I think it was almost a perfect episode, allowing for a great end to a great tv series. The acting has been phenomal from all actors, seeing that the budget was greatly cut I think the visuals and the effects were done very well. I am happy that there wasn't an ending like for the Flash TV-show which made fun of the show and it's characters but this finale kept it's quality. I generally think that this is the best superman presentations. Apart from this I would say it is the best superhero TV-show based on how quality was kept, with every season being amazing. Unlike Flash and Arrow which derailed. Although they are my more liked shows, this is definitely a contender. Truly well done to the cast and directors that made this show top quality.
Given the opening half, I wasn't sure how they were going to tie everything up for a series finale, but they did it. The monologue at the end was exceptional and made this weird fluid come out of my eyeball areas. If there was one complaint, it was the ultra-glamorous way they depicted a character in the last minute or two of the episode; it was an odd and unnecessary choice that didn't ring true for these characters and that seemed to position that character's beauty more as an external quality than an internal one. That being said, though, that was literally my only complaint. I was also wondering whether any of the grandkids had powers, but I may have missed any hints of that due to the aforementioned eye fluid. Regardless, 10/10.
Show ended how it began, spectacular. This episode almost had me in tears. This is the best SUPERMAN SHOW EVER!! Dont care what anyone says. It was well told, well grounded. This is how family actually are, family problems, personal problems, struggles, and so forth. SC Studios, take note cause this show is meant for another 3 seasons.
James Gunn, let this Superman family be part of your multiverse. Even if brief, this superman has to be part of your universe, if not at least on Elseworlds.
Christopher Reeve, this Superman, Brandon Routh brought humanity to their superman. This was a well done show!!!!

A perfect ending, to damn near perfect show. Of all the dc cw shows, even tho the cw weren't behind the production of this one fully, this is the only one to never drop off quality, stay consistent & give the fans what we want.
And SO glad Tyler's Superman acc got the respect he deserves after basically being a push over and basically just used to prop up kara's character in that supergirl show. The fact that this is in its own universe away from the rest gave it a real opportunity to shine, & that it did.
Was fs NOT expecting the end to hit as hard as it acc did. Warra show. It'll be missed fr 💯
