Just Finished The Penguin and it seems that Max is already putting out another hit!!!
I happened to be in the right mood at the right time to catch the first episode of Human vs Hamster on its release date. I did not even realize until I checked IMDB.
I am watching the show on my own now, but it is a fun enough concept with good enough execution that I am inclined to introduce it to my kids and my partner.
Human vs Hamster is so so silly and I cannot help but love it. I will be keeping an eye out for new episodes as they come out.
Sorry fellow humans, but I have to root for the hamsters!!!

That quickly left me wondering who had this idea and how was it birthed.
Will the finale involve an emergency room visit and extraction of the ultimate hamster vs human physical challenge?
Why do the people involved have that star status power vibe of people likely to be called as emergency contacts or friends of those involved in just such not everyday events?
Can there be any more intimate relation than a hamster vs a human and why must that divorce be done by a team of trained professionals.
Just how many viewers and ads do they need to turn a profit on this little show of the moment and slot that surely looks like nothing but the most temporary of filler for those too tired to even hunt for something better.

In the proud tradition of "Is it Cake?" and "Wipeout", this ridiculous, fun game show is supremely entertaining. The hamsters are cute, the events are challenging, but Kyle Brandt is what makes this really special.
He's an NFL personality, I love him on the Rewatchables podcast, and his quick witted one liners keep the silliness in perspective. The contestants are fun, and even if the stakes are ridiculously low (Time Warner is really hurting for money, huh?), everyone seems to be competitive enough that you still get caught up in the results. I didn't expect to binge 7 episodes of hamster content, but here we are.

I was on the hunt for a family-friendly show and stumbled upon this gem during my search. I played the preview and immediately decided to hit play, and I'm so glad I did! This delightful series has captured our hearts as we find ourselves rooting for the adorable little hamsters. The background stories of each hamster add a charming touch that keeps everyone engaged. It's not just the kids who are entertained; Dad, Mom, our teen, and tween are all sharing laughs at the clean competition unfolding on screen. We're even picking up fascinating facts about hamster traits along the way! I love how they stuff their tiny faces with food-it's absolutely endearing. Plus, the hamster puns throughout the show are reminiscent of those classic dad jokes that surprisingly make you chuckle. Overall, this is such a cute and wholesome show that's perfect for family viewing. Highly recommend everyone give it a try!
Once again Chip and Joanna Gaines show us why they should NEVER produce TV shows! I've seen some dumb games shows before, but this is ridiculous! What the heck are they thinking producing shows like this.
Our hostess stinks up the joint with her bad jokes. On top of that my eyes are melting looking at her loud suits. Looking at her I feel that I'm watching a circus clown. 🙄
The challenges are just as stupid and a complete waste of time. Who wrote this crap?
Seriously the Gaines need to stop producing shows and stick to shiplap!
The only good thing I can say about this is.
No hamsters were harmed in the making of this crappy game show!
