About halfway through the episode a shot of the exterior of Dale's house is shown. The structure is very similar to the Cooper's house, however the interior sets bear no resemblance whatsoever to what is seen outside. On the other hand, the Cooper's interior sets adhere strictly to the houses exterior, both front and back.
Sheldon and Mary's flight home from London was on Continental, but had to stop in Chicago before continuing to Houston. Chicago was never a hub for Continental (at least until they were acquired by United in 2010) which Houston was (and became a United hub upon said acquisition). If their flight home involved a stopover before Houston, they likely would've stopped in Newark. (Cleveland was a Continental hub at the time as well, but did not start flights to London until 1999.)
Memaw's photo of her destroyed house appears to have been printed on regular paper as it is translucent. The photo should have been on photo paper.
For the third time in the series, a box of General Mills "Tiny Toast" is seen in the kitchen island, a cereal which did not come out until 2016 and the episode takes place in the mid-1990s.
When the older Sheldon voice over says "it really brought what's-his-name and I closer together" it should have been "what's-his-name and me". Sheldon wouldn't make that kind of grammatical error. However, the adult Sheldon, in 'The Big Bang Theory', was prone to grammatical errors, like complaining about sentences ending prepositions (an old grammatical myth).
