Disappointing dive into lame jokes and superficial stories

As a devoted fan of Zakir Khan's humor, watching "Mann Pasand" was an eagerly awaited experience that, unfortunately, ended in disappointment. Khan's signature witty jokes were replaced by a series of lame attempts that fell flat, lacking the usual cleverness we've come to love.

What's more disheartening is the departure from Khan's storytelling prowess. Instead of his usual knack for turning everyday incidents into comedic gold, the show featured what sounded like fabricated stories, lacking the genuine charm that makes his performances memorable.

Adding to the letdown, the set was devoid of punchlines. Khan seemed to abandon his well-honed comedic timing, leaving the audience with a scripted monologue rather than the laughter-inducing experience we anticipated. The suspicion of strategically placed laughter in the audience further detracted from the authenticity of the show.

In a first for me, I left a Zakir Khan show halfway through, a decision made with a heavy heart. "Mann Pasand Set" failed to meet the high standards set by this comedy maestro, leaving fans longing for the genuine laughs and relatable humor that define Zakir Khan's best performances.

Amazing ! Zakir is always at his best and LIT the show

Zakir is an amazing stand up comedian and a wonderful orator!

What an outstanding performance, how he picks the show is really worth mentioning and viewers gets mesmerised in the flow ..

His sense of comedy and how he links the thread across his show is fantabulous, and his ending is also worth noting , in his final words for the show he quickly links his main characters and make you feel so emotional n elated n happy actually that you keep on laughing and well deserved STANDING OVATION for him again!

Lovely and a must watch !

Tathasthu his earlier show was also superb! Do see that as well !

Neither Good nor Bad, but perfect for time pass

Zakir khan's Mann pasand was not good as his other shows, but this show is good to spend the time. Zakir khan has not given his best this time. The starting 15-20 mins were much of boring type but the second half of the show was really good. I have read people saying that they stopped watching after 20mins but i wish they could have watched the show fully. It was really entertaining. The way, Zakir khan narrates the story is unmatchable. In this show, he has callback most of his jokes which even audience could interpret. Some of the jokes were not that good and some of the jokes were not understandable by audiences. Good show but expecting more from him, something mixed of Tathastu and Mann pasand.

Lacks the connection and emotion that Zakhir Brings in

Zakhir is very talented. His earlier 2 on prime were outstanding. The way he narrates, keeps his audience hooked and invested. This time he lacks the same... There's lack of connection, missing of emotion in his narration which he generally there when he narrates. This time he himself doesn't seem confident about his content as he presents it. It's good in bits and pieces. Expected a lot maybe. Happens.. Expect his comeback soon. He seemed lost this time. Seemed forceful in some of the portions as if he knew the jokes won't land. Missed the charm and aura he carries in his acts. Good luck zakhir. Long way toh go.
