Saddam Hussien

The narration is truly awful, as if the man is doing it as a joke that ceases to be funny (if it ever was) after about a sentence; and yet it continues for the whole 90 minutes! For that reason I didn't make it past the first few minutes but it is essentially a slide show with *that* voiceover. Not great.

First what is sad is John Scotts voice is fine, actually really great, theatrical, strong, so many great things, filled with Character.. Not sure if this is the way he always speaks, but hes like doing a voice over for a few words, like Gillette a best a man can get.. With a really punchy couple of words so we remember but when your watching something for 90 minutes, you dont want to hear some HAMMED up shakesperian actor who no company would tolerate.

OMG he is SOOOOOOooo bad I couldnt take more than a few minutes.. Which is so gutting as the film work, and pictures, and the script was brilliant, I tried to tolerate this TERRIBLE actor but he just made my SKIN CRAWL

Utterly shocked its got such high scores, very tollerant crowd, I dare any normal people to find this relaxing.

Obviously most people know who Saddam Hussien is, how ever I like many, did not know his history, because of my age. I kinda came in on the tale end of things.

The beginning of his life was a mystery to me and this documentary film, filled in that part of his life, in great detail and at a good speed.

This documentary was very entertaining, as it presented loads of detailed facts, at a good pace and had good use of Arabic music through out, in order to transport you to the world of Iraq.

I really enjoyed this documentary and will even watch it again, as there are lots of details, that I may have over looked.

Not usually my thing to watch documentaries on the past, so I went into this with little enthusiasm, how ever I found my self gripped and really interested in this kinda origin story, from the past.

I enjoyed the fact that it went right back, to before Saddam was born and also gave detail, as to the history of that part of the world, which is very relevant, to the man he became and the country Iraq became.

This back ground helped me totally, understand the politics that led to a man like him, controlling the country.

This was a well detailed and well edited documentary film, that provided all the detail one would want, on this man.

Uses ai to an extreme.

I don't know if it was even written or narrated by a real person. The voice is grating and terrible and no one would be able to maintain it for more than a couple minutes in reality, somehow they keep it going for an hour.

The images are poorly edited ai and don't even look like saddam half the time. When did anyone see saddam with a beard? If you watch this you'd think he always had one.

The story woven is more like a bunch of the same patches stitched over and over.

It's absolute garbage, no one should be paid for this, it should be an example of what your work will look like if you rely on ai to take care of an entire project without editing.
