Dr. Bill Cortner is experimenting with the transplantation of grafted tissue. When he and his girlfriend are in a tragic car accident, she is decapitated. Using his experimental serum, Dr. Cortner attempts to keep her head alive while searching for a substitute body. The serum creates side effects that lead to horrific and unexpected consequences.
