During a difficult labor ending in C-section, Nalan assists while Greta helps Anna with a breech birth. They face urgent decisions as the clinic deals with a malpractice lawsuit.

The report against the clinic affects Anna strongly. No matter how many times she goes through it, she can't see that anything wrong has been done. At the same time, she must deal with the separation from her husband and mediate between a warring couple. Nalan is pressured by a father who is overly involved in the delivery.

Nalan's period is late, but for fear of being disappointed, she does not dare to take a pregnancy test. Anna also has private problems and takes sedative tablets home from the clinic. At the same time, they have to deal with a premature birth that ends in an emergency caesarean section. Greta feels that she is at a standstill in her development and has to take care of a young mother who has just separated from her boyfriend.

Nalan is pregnant, but the joy is dampened when she becomes the focus of the investigation into a possible treatment error. Could it be that Nalan missed something? Anna gives birth to an expectant mother of four, while Nalan and Greta get to assist with a home birth. Anna suspects that something is not right with Dr. Keller.

Nalan and David suffer a severe blow, and Anna stands up and supports. At the same time, Irina confides in Greta and tells about her abortion, which she had done illegally in Poland. Dr. Keller has temporarily defeated her breast cancer, but she must decide whether to have surgery to remove her breasts.

After her miscarriage, Nalan finds it difficult to return to work. The hopelessness surrounding the litigation eats at Anna and she tries on her own to find an explanation for why the child she delivered has brain damage. Meanwhile, Greta takes care of a birth that suddenly goes faster than expected and Greta has to outdo herself. Melek, Greta's very first patient, has to deal with the role of single mother. Fortunately, she is not as alone as she first thought.
