SOS Island is a reality show set on a deserted island somewhere in the Caribbean.

Samsung is sending 16 global contestants to a deserted-ish island, armed with Samsung Galaxy S4s and a Galaxy NX Camera in a never-seen-before adventure stunt. Featuring contestants facing rigorous challenges to demonstrate the photographic capabilities of the Samsung products, on a deserted island. Contestants will have to share images from their devices to various social networking feeds.

Samsung starts their campaign "WELCOME TO SOS ISLAND, a cutting edge social media reality series from Samsung. We are looking for sixteen contestants to come to the Caribbean to train with survival expert Les Stroud. If you make the cut you will be moving to SOS Island to compete in survival challenges using the GALAXY S4 zoom and GALAXY NX camera. Viewers will interact via social media and vote on your performance in real time. Think you have what it takes to win SOS Island: Survival of the Smartest?"

The winner will receive $100,000 towards their very own private island experience.

Sixteen contestants will be flown to the Caribbean. The eight that make the cut will be moving to a secret island called SOS Island.

To apply entrants must be over 18 years old and either a US Citizen or able to come to USA under the visa waiver program.
