By the end of Tolerance Is Extinction - Part 1. Professor X returned to Earth. Magneto went to war with humanity. He wants to destroy the Earth's magnetic field.
It is a classic X-Men set up. He even invites other X-Men to join him. Rogue and Roberto join him to form a new Genosha.
This leaves Professor X to split the X-Men into two teams. One to go after Magneto. The other to deal with Bastion. Magneto seems not have a plan to deal with Bastion and his sentinels.
Jean leads her team to the Galapagos Islands to confront Bastion and Sinister is not far behind.
There was plenty of kinetic action, even some smashing from a morphed Hulk. The most impactful moment was Scott's heart to heart with Professor X about being abandoned.

Must be hard to please those who have so much source materials.
But I feel some judge to harshly. I am thinking if you are a critic work as one. Direct more to the industry. Your words won't be anything than a echo here even if you have your valid points from your perspective but I feel like you set the bar way too high when you give it less than a 9 tbh.
The world is more than your fantasy. I might be too optimistic but what is the worst that could happend if you actually reached out or created fan art with someone.
For me this episode was great. You can feel the creators doing what they do best.
I think they have done what they can in terms of their own limitations as creators.
Might now live up to your logic nor fantasy but from everything available and the level of production you really can't be asking for more in this impolite way.
As I said prior. Not as if I think these particulur individuals feel obligated to correct their judgement. Most people don't.
For you reading this. Take comfort in that the meaning of these things are to imbue the opposite extremities we witness today with everything happening.
I really do hope some of you might one day add to the production of these or new characters.
Just a great feeling to witness shows like these even if just animated. This episodes like everyone is feeling, can't wait until the finale and the empty feeling after.
Feels like we are up for more heartshattering feelings. Seems to be the tune and I have no idea how they will do our hearts justice without selling us in to season 2 leaving us in wonderlust pieces.
Fortunely we have more to come with great shows and movies. So we should be ok for now.

OH.. my.. god! This was an insane experience that had me in an almost uncontrollable state, as everything took a development i could have never anticapated, but still makes perfect sense!
I was hyped.. I was shocked.. I was sad! This was contender for the best episode so far, and the peak of what animated TV could ever give us!
Everything got all the love it deserved! The writting was incredible, with dialogue that gave me chills! The characters were all handled to perfection, but the showstealer was the mindblowing action, accompanied with some of the best visuals i have seen! The soundtrack was the best so far! They just went.. ALL OUT!
This show is some of the greatest i have seen, and it pains me so much to wait a whole week for the final!

Honestly I don't even know where to start. I just finished this episode and I'm so emotionally confused in a good way. This week's episode was honestly a masterpiece. I didn't thought that they would surpass episode five of the season, but oh my god they just did. I can't express what this episode made me feel properly, cause I don't want to give away any spoilers, but bear in mind that when you finish this episode you'll be intrigued and you won't be able to contain your calm, cause it was such an emotional roller coaster. And we have, once again, some really gorgeous scenery and majestic soundtracks regarding storm with her powers and with the team preparing for their Last Stand.
Week after week episode after episode this show keeps proving why it's the best comic book adaptation we've seen from any media in a while, the animation has been amazing, the Newton Brothers have been killing it with the music but they went extra hard this episode, I love how high the stakes are compared to the first five seasons of the original, yet still capturing what made the original amazing in the first place, one of the few shows that'll make me stay up late or wake up early just to catch the new episode the minute it drops, it's very sad that it's ending next week but I'm already strapped in for season 2.
