This is pretty much what you'd expect from a horrific story like Lockerbie with an actor like Colin Firth. It is well paced and builds tension even though we all know exactly what is going to happen. At the same time it brings a new perspective to that tragic day, showing the people of the town of Lockerbie against the routines of the victims families. The one moment that let the show down was at the start, when they depicted flight 103 moving north, we go from traffic control to the the aircraft in flight, and they randomly use a modern twin engine plane rather than the distinctive four engine 747. It's a small detail and maybe most people would not notice, but it does demonstrate the producer's lack of concern for detail, what else is a lie?
