Reliever

"Reliever" is a 10 minute drama about finding healthy ways to deal with stress and relieving frustration. The lead, Josh Pollack does a good job in showing someone just trying to get by, not getting in anyone's way. His story is a relate able one, most young men and women struggle with these problems every day. The rest of the cast does their purpose in fulfilling their respective roles. The directing is very subtle, and very fine tuned, to a fault. Travis Landry is still a very young filmmaker but from what work I've seen of his, "Reliever" is his most honest and creative yet.

Running at only 9 minutes and some change, "Reliever" is a, although brief, pleasant viewing experience and kind of just reminds everyone, that we aren't alone in our problems.
