Is boring. It's boring because it is as chaotic as flash cards are at a 5th grade foreign language class. Indeed, it appears the director was just as bored; doing one disjointed scene after another just to get through his contract.
I pity the actors who signed on and then had to suffer the direction.
To that add the storyline is a pretty well used theme ( flip-flopping to and fro in a timeline.) The difference here is it flips and flops so frequently you forget where the base point is?
Character development has little "time," in the flip-flops to develop. And so, the viewer is left with their own devices to sort things out; which might be fun in a well written novel. But in a film that typically last less than 200 minutes a lot of artistry has to happen. It did not happen here. Instead it's a hod podge of unbelievable scenes knitted together and presented as "A Film." It is just that. But not a very good film.

The movie is an action movie but the storyline is quite a bit convoluted, dealing with the idea of repetition of lives and cosmic forces.
The quality of the movie overall is decent, nothing is amazing but nothing is bad either. Few of the actors are quite good, obviously Jon Voight and also Marton Csokas who needs to get more villain roles, he is great in them.
Action scenes are not bad but seem like the type of scenes that I've seen before elsewhere, with the camera near the action moving about and with the action changing from normal speed to slow motion to normal speed. It looks more of a comic book movie type action. It is done competently.
The violence isn't too graphic and there is a modest sex scene where nothing much is revealed.

I really don't understand why some reviewers are emptying carts of dung on this movie.
It's not great, but it's not bad.
The movie is average. Average shooting. Average direction. Average acting. But a rather efficient script.
There is little action for an action movie, but the clever part is that the storyline builds up to the action sequences, so that they are quite satisfying when they do occur.
Director James Bamford's filmography is a good indicator of what to expect, minor thrillers, like Jade, Hard home or shadow zone, and efficient episodes of NCIS, batwoman, superman & lois, or Arrow. Actually this is what you should expect, a good feature length episode of Arrow.

"Man with No Past" introduces an intriguing concept but fails to capitalize on its potential. The time travel elements are poorly explained, and the plot lacks cohesion, leaving audiences waiting for answers that never arrive. The characters are largely one-dimensional, with Jon Voight miscast as a clueless businessman. Charlotte Vega and Marton Csokas bring some appeal, but their talents are underused. Cheap visuals, dark sets, and uninspired production design add to the movie's shortcomings. Emotional moments fall flat due to unclear connections between characters and events. With forgettable dialogue and no standout scenes, this film is unremarkable and unlikely to be revisited. A disappointing effort overall.
This movie has an interesting concept. However, it takes forever to get there and could have been a lot sharper and snappier. (and shorter, but I always say that)...
One could hope that eventually Ryder gets his happy ending but sadly it seems he's doomed to continue with the never ending saga of attempting to rescue the girl and her Mother. At least he finally gets to know love in this one. Perhaps the next step will be to grow on that - I suspect that will depend on Mr Chaos himself.
The good guy gives off Terence Hill vibes with his American accent slipping. Younger viewers will have to look that up I suppose. Lol.
