Noah Wyle in The Pitt (2025)

Review by tabacso

The Pitt

10/10

Most realistic medical show

As a nurse who has been in a few situations like this I applaud the show for being very real. The real conversations that have to be had with patients and their families everyday are more real on this show than many other medical show portrayals. It also creates camera views and work that parallels with the adrenaline and speed in the situations. There are some situations that are increased for dramatic effect such as when they shock pts. I have yet to see the bodies jump on the stretchers/beds like that; however, that does not mean it does not occur from time to time.

Obviously it centres around physicians and they preform some of the tasks in the show that nurses would complete in real life., so as to not have too many characters. The acting is great. The emotions and personalities portrayed by the different characters encompass the medical field greatly. I am only 4 episodes in and can't get enough! Great job, hope the network doesn't get rid of it like all of the other great shows they keep cancelling. It's also funny that the best reviews seem to come from health care professionals? Finally a show for us that we don't have to roll our eyes at.
