Billy and Con have to find a way to get the final tape in a banned cult video collection before word gets out that they have stolen money from the school graduation fund.
On the way to meet their source, Billy, Con and Zoe get lost in middle England, where they hope to make the tape exchange that will complete their cult VHS collection.
The teens run to a police station, only to find that it is closed for the night. They break in to call for help and search for information that might clear their names. It isn't long before they realise that nobody can be trusted.
