Praise worthy
What a great watch and worthy of every praise. Congratulations to everyone!
Very original use of the animation and the style itself is very true to its 90s roots. The Edit is also pretty good, and it knows its audience very well. Lives up to the hype created! Definitely one of those shows that should not delay the season two- retention would be in awesome numbers after such a beautiful season one!
Also, a moment and a word for the fantastic debut that Munawar gave us with this. Take a bow!
Congratulations Munawar, Saqib and Farhan Zamma!
You've got a winner on your hands- looking forward to the next one!

Absolute Watch
The target audience is the masses who find happiness in Simple Content not in Well Trimmed, overly Critic feared ones. Chemistry between the casts shows up beautifully (especially Munawar & Ashi). Saqib's role was vital, Grover ji struggled a bit. Every frame will take you back into 90s. Loved the BGM, dialogue, Simplicity and Munawar's natural charm. Munawar shines throughout and kept it engaging till last Episode. Surely he needs to keep getting better in acting skill but a Amazing Start. Looking forward to next series and hopeful what lacked this season is incorporated in next ( i.e depth in Storyline)

A gem that deserves all the hype!
I stumbled upon First Copy without expecting much, but what a surprise it turned out to be! The storyline is fresh, gripping, and full of unexpected twists. Each episode keeps you hooked, and the performances are top-notch-raw, real, and deeply impactful(Munawar acted too natural).
The direction and screenplay deserve special praise for maintaining suspense while also building emotional depth. There's a strong sense of realism that makes you connect with the characters and their struggles. The cinematography and background score also add a lot to the mood and pacing.
It's rare to come across a series that feels this original and well-executed. I genuinely hope more people discover First Copy. It's good one and Munawar acted first time for that reason a solid 10/10 from me!

Munawar's blockbuster debut in the world of acting
The series is a thrilling ride into 90's Mumbai's movie piracy world, starring Munawar Faruqui in a stellar acting debut as Arif, a dreamer turned kingpin. Directed by Farhan P. Zamma, this series blends suspense, romance, and nostalgia with a tight script and strong cast (Krystle D'Souza, Gulshan Grover, Ashi Singh). Munawar's raw charisma shines, backed by a vibrant 90's vibe.
Minor sound issues aside, it's a binge-worthy underdog tale.
It's about ambition, survival, and the lengths one goes to chase dreams in a world stacked against them.
A must-watch for crime drama fans and First Copy is a triumph for Munawar and a gem on MX Player.
