Icy Mike initially agreed to be on the show only because he thought the show will never happen, given the complexity of making it into reality. Once he got his flight tickets to come to the show, he didn't have a way out anymore, so he came to his wife to tell her he's going for a week to film in Sydney. His wife wasn't happy about that, although earlier she agreed to let him participate in the series. When asked why she changed her mind, she explained that she initially said yes, since she thought the show will never happen.

Awesome show

Definetly worth a watch.

As someone who competed in amateur boxing , i have always wondered how would my training translate in a real life situation, the fact that u can watch all episodes on youtube is also awesome. Can't wait for season 2. Love to everyone who took part of the first season and am pretty sure the new season will be just as exciting if not better. I personally follow all of the participants in this show and not only do i think it is entertaining and has its comedic relief moments, it's also the best depiction of a hypothetical self defense scenario, which of course is really hard to reenact.
