Never seen such a good representation of ER on a fictional show ever before. The pacing, the accuracy is spot on and most practical effects are more than moderately realistic looking except the GSW tend to bleed a little more in real life in most cases, some chest compressions still look a little unrealistic but it's more believable now since the doctors and nurses are getting exhausted. The acting is phenomenal on all parts, the composure and professionalism is spot on. Without a doubt the most bingeable series I've seen on Max for a while now. Every character brought their A-game and I think everyone interested in medicine, nursing, EMS and in fact most adults should watch this show to give them better perspective into emergency medicine since almost everyone will have at least one experience with the ER in their lifetime.

I teared up nearly 3 times, gripped the remote and yelled "Hell yeah" every time they saved someone. One of the episodes of television I've seen in years. My best friend is an ER doc and it made me want to call her immediately. Just when you thought the show couldn't get any better, this episode takes you to a whole other level. I think I'm going to need to watch it again to catch all the details and I literally can't wait until next week for the next episode. You'll love to hate Javadi's mom. Dr Robby as always is terrific, but the newbies really shine as does the nursing team. It is a Must watch!

Been on this beautiful blue marble for 72 years. I've watched a lot of TV. I've never seen anything this amazing! I mentioned to my wife at least four times, "how did they direct this?" How they captured the impending doom built to a crescendo as the sirens were heard getting closer and closer. We knew it was going to be bad, it was worse. But it was an astonishing, chaotic ballet covered in sweat, tears and blood. Lots of blood. Mass shootings are becoming "normal" but few of us save those magnificent doctors, nurses, unit clerks and environmental staff have any idea what dealing with such a horrify event is like. I imagine this 40 minutes of exceptional drama gave us a peek. I'm spent from watching but can't wait until the next episode. So very well done. BRAVO!

From the prep talk to the well oiled machine that becomes a street triage (MASK UNIT). This episode is on the level of Breaking Bad, The Wire and the Sopranos, only this is based on real life.

Everything becomes a cliff hanger, Noah's, step son, High doctor, patients son's involvement in shooting, doctor that miscarried and patient that beat-up nurse. So many plots, so many answers waiting to be revealed. This episode is only 37 minutes long and it's the best TV in a long time, and I have a feeling the next one will be better.

Best episode so far for an incredible show that's been packed with great episodes all along. The overarching stories have been coming together the past couple of episodes and the tempo never flags - things are getting even more intense. This episode reminds me of the power of human collaboration, people working together in the face of a terrible disaster. Overwhelmed and out of resources, the doctors must improvise their way through the chaos. There's nothing quite like the humanity that can arise from tragedy, the brilliance of human beings working as a well oiled machine. Bravo to everyone involved in this top notch show.
