Bocchi the Rock! Recap Part 2

Nutty film about about a skilled guitar playing girl, who is not good with making friends at school, but wants to fit in and soon joins a four piece band, each have their own traits and quirks, which really do make this film worth the watch.

The Rock music and the cast really draw you in, as they are well written, well acted and great rock music too, which all adds up to a great films, which even with the run time which is long, is not time wasted, plenty of laughs from the main character- who has the nickname- 'Bocchi'.

The band gets together and makes it mark very slowly as the film, revealing each band member motives and emotions, and we see family life, mostly from Bocchi, with some truly wacky visual effects. Not anything here is boring, very mad, yes, in an entertaining, Japanese, way.

Good fun had here if you make the trip to the cinema for this animation from Japan, like 'Blue Giant', another musical animation that came out earlier this year, it's a musical jem.
