Billy Burke, Kristen Connolly, Alyssa Diaz, Nonso Anozie, James Wolk, and Gracie Dzienny in Zoo (2015)

Trivia

Zoo

Edit
Zoo was the most watched scripted summer series of 2015 in the US.
This is the second time that Billy Burke has starred in a screen adaptation of a novel by James Patterson; he also played a minor role in Along Came a Spider (2001). Coincidentally, both times, he played characters that were not in the novels.
Following the plane crash, Jamie is rescued by a fisherman, played by Haudenosaunee (Mohawk) actor Gary Farmer. The character is apparently supposed be Inuit; his name is given in the credits as "Anik" ("brother", in the Inuit language), and he says repeatedly to Jamie "Tukusigni Namaq", which means "I don't understand." His assumed ethnicity is somewhat at odds with the lush forest surrounding his cabin.
The tablet like computers that are used through the series are Microsoft Surface Pro 3's.
Season 2 is expected to air in summer of 2016.
