The Mangaka of this piece somehow incorporates a limerence arc on the overall story that borders lolicon. On Ep.5, the minor impulsively kissed her mentor out of overwhelmed emotions that her mentor is going to leave her. No correction on the part of the mentor on how such action should not be warranted, but was used as a subtext by another adult to blackmail him to continue being the minor's tutor.

The harem trope is common in anime, but is usually accompanied by some redeeming qualities such as a compelling plot, likeable characters, interesting lore or engaging action. Private Tutor to the Duke's Daughter manages to dodge all that, or rather do all those things in the most poorly executed, mundane way possible and infuriate viewers with endless whining from stereotypical loli harem characters and the blandest protagonist ever who is a caricature of the rizz genre itself to the point of mental illness.

My condelescences to anyone who gave this show a shot and got moderately invested in the story, including myself.
