Heba discovers that she is pregnant, and goes to the doctor and tells him that she has heart problems, As for Anas, he hired a man to threaten Karam, but the man shoots Karam, Karam is taken to the hospital and the doctor tells them that Karam was paralyzed from the spinal cord and became incapacitated and entered a coma, Heba discovers the truth about Farah and that she is Karam's first wife and not his sister, She feels sad and angry with both of them and feels that she has been deceived, but as the months pass and they exchange their care for Karam while he is in a coma, they become close to each other and a bond of friendship and brotherhood is formed between them, Farah apologizes to Heba for everything they did ,Heba asks Farah not to leave her, as she has come to consider her a sister and that she is ready to accept the situation and live with her and Karam together, When Heba gives birth to a baby girl, she asks Farah to take care of her daughter and place her in her care, Then she dies. At the same moment the baby is born, Karam wakes up from the coma. Then A few days later, he returns home with Farah and his daughter, but in a wheelchair.
