Alexksandra Nikolaevna, a modest teacher, separated from her husband Andrey several years ago, who left her for the sake of a young gymnast. Since then, Sasha has not even tried to build personal happiness. She lives with her daughter's problems and helps her with the housework as best she can. And now Aleksandra has come to the seaside in Crimea to be with her grandson and make some canned food from cheap vegetables. But one day, at a resort stall, she buys a dress the color of the sea, and her life changes in a strange way. Aleksandra feels interesting and desirable again. A variety of men show interest in her. The whirlpool of events quickly catches her up, and now she finds herself faced with a difficult choice.
