After a crash during Monaco's qualifying Checo comes out in last place putting his championship battle against Max at risk He fails to qualify in the first places and, to make matters worse Daniel Ricciardo signs with Alpha Tauri. Checo must fight for his seat at Red Bull and for his position as second Lewis Hamilton chases Checo, hot on his heels.

With Daniel Ricciardo possible taking his seat at Red Bull is mounting, Hamilton closing in on the fight for runner-up, and the press harshly criticizing him, Checo heads to Singapore with immense pressure to win. The stakes are high: a good race could secure his second place, his position at Red Bull, and his future in Formula One.
