Paul (24), a kindergarten teacher, is with Isabella. Paul tries to drown his insecurities with alcohol. He drinks to be braver, funnier, more relaxed, to forget or to suppress unwanted feelings, mostly with his friends, sometimes to the point of blacking out. Also on the evening of the annual village get-together. When he wakes up the next day, he has hardly any memories of the night, but instead has a bad hangover and a blood-stained T-shirt. It turns out that Adem, the ex-boyfriend of his girlfriend Isabella, was killed. Paul can't remember anything, but has a motive.
