The song "The Doctor Will See Now" is the main song in the film which is most similar to what it sounded like in the computer game, the only differences are that the solo was in a slightly different tune, the intro was longer, and the word "super" in "Super Moshies" was removed.
Originally, there was a Moshling named Lady Goo-Goo whose name was a reference to Lady Gaga. but she was re-named "Baby Rox" because Lady Gaga was not happy with it.
Doctor Strangeglove's name is a reference to "Doctor Strangelove".
Dr Strangeglove in this film re-designed with a visible mouth and eyes, unlike the game where his mouth was never shown and his eyes were only shown if his hat opened.
