Factual errors

When Harry is talking to a woman who's standing up for a suspect by the name of Levi, he asks her what day it is. She says Tuesday, and Harry says it's Thursday. Only it's Wednesday. The night before Dexter and Angel go to a bar and the restaurant owner tells everyone they're giving a toast on Tuesday to honor a former employee, Rene.
Levi Reed's arraignment is shown, which only consisted of him entering a not-guilty plea. However at an arraignment the judge also decides if the defendant is remanded, or released on bail, after the defendant enters their plea, the judge hears arguments from both sides regarding the issue of bail. Even if the defendant being remanded is a foregone conclusion, there is still a brief bail hearing where the judge orders the defendant to be held without bail pending trial.
