During the time of filming, the film was labeled the curse of the prey due to the fact that one of the cast members/crew members caught an pneumonia and almost died spending months in the hospital. Also the editor of the film committed suicide as well as one of the production assistants passed away from an overdose.
With all this happening people not even a part of the film who are close to the cast members things were happening as well to them one person was shot and killed execution style which was close to the director and star of the film, another one of the cast members wound up going answer rehabilitation because of drug use as well as a lot more has happened during filming.
