"Slow Video" is the third time director Kim Young-Tak and actor Cha Tae-Hyun have worked together. Their first collaboration took place in 2008 film "BA:BO" with Kim Young-Tak as the film's screenwriter. They then worked together again in 2010 film "Hello Ghost," which Kim Young-Tak directed and scripted.
Slow Video is the second Korean investment by Fox International Productions, subsidiary of 20th Century Fox. The first one is "Running Man" starred by Shin Ha-kyun in 2013.
