As someone relatively new to the Boys' Love (BL) genre, I have explored several titles and recently came across "Love Mechanic," which I found absolutely captivating. I was particularly impressed by the characters and the performances of the actors. The decision to create this series and feature many of the cast members from "Love Mechanic" was a delightful reunion. Interestingly, my husband also enjoys watching it, drawn in by the action, while I appreciate the depth of the storyline. Overall, I would describe this show as exceptional thus far, and it has certainly set a high standard for future series in this genre. The chemistry between the lead actors is palpable, making every scene they share both compelling and emotional. The intricate plot twists keep viewers on the edge of their seats, while the tender moments provide a heartfelt balance.
Moreover, the production quality is top-notch, with beautifully crafted sets and thoughtful cinematography that enhances every episode. The soundtrack, too, deserves a mention; it perfectly complements the narrative, evoking the right emotions at the right times.
It's heartening to see a show that not only entertains but also resonates on a deeper level, exploring themes of love, trust, and personal growth. I look forward to seeing how the story unfolds and hope it continues to deliver the same level of excellence we've enjoyed so far.

The cinematography is beautiful ( very cheap props ), most of the actors did a decent job, Jack's actor did a great job. It's good they tried a different type of story but it needed better writers.
As an action series Ep. 1 is rushed, some scenes are so badly written they make no sense, later episodes have too many filler scenes they become boring.
Fighting scenes and action scenes are poorly written and executed. There is no tension, it does not matter how much a main character is hurt a min later they act like it never happened, side characters are made of eggshells, touch them and they drop immediately. It does have a few good comedy scenes, one good sad scene, focuses on having ,,cool,, scenes but they put no thought into them so they are poorly done and written.
Had a lot of potential and could have been really good if the story was written better.
As a BL In my opinion they added the romance just to attract a certain audience but did not hire someone who can write a love story. It barely has a few minutes of romance, there are more scenes where characters talk about a possible romance between Jack and Joke then actual romantic scenes. It's not really a BL.

"Jack and Joker" is a Thai series that breaks the usual mold. With an entertaining story full of action, suspense, romance, and plenty of drama, and featuring two protagonists overflowing with talent, masculinity, and beauty, it takes us on a roller coaster ride that's hard to recover from. Fans of the Yin and War duo will feel that it was worth the wait to see them reunited once again after all these years. And those who weren't familiar with the duo will rush to watch "Love Mechanics" and "The Best Story" because they will fall in love with them, just like their fans have. And their fans will rewatch these series because this one will leave them wanting more and more. The YinWar duo has an enviable chemistry, making their performances feel natural and graceful. Moreover, it's clear that they received excellent preparation because this series demands a lot physically from them. First and foremost, they are professional actors, and that makes all the difference. War's performance stands out; I consider him one of the best and most versatile Thai actors. This series is tailor-made for him, allowing him to showcase his versatility, immense talent, and acting skill brilliantly. Additionally, the excellent supporting cast provides impeccable performances, bringing to life top-tier supporting characters. They deliver a series full of emotion that will make you feel that 12 episodes are too few. It's true that the series isn't perfect and has a few inconsistencies, but given the immense entertainment, quality, and emotion it offers, those flaws take a backseat. I believe it's a must-watch of 2024, and I hope we won't have to wait many years to see this duo in another series, delivering all their professionalism and respect for the work they do. YinWar is worshiped.

I fell in love with this show from the very first episode. The comedy is amazing, there are some beautiful heists, and amazing actors. The fighting is actually pretty good; I've seen worse and I've seen better, it was a good balance between every genre. Now the characters really had me hooked, they were so well written. I immediately fell in love with Jack and Joker; Jack the skilled martial artist turned debt collector, and Joker the VERY charming and skilled thief. Their chemistry from the first meet was off the charts; I've never seen these two actors in any other shows, but I've got to say they have some amazing acting skills.
The plot was just overall very entertaining. I finished this show so quickly, and I don't regret a single second of it. It sort of reminded me of The Heart Killers, except I liked this one better. I put off watching it for so long, too. I never expect to like the ones I end up favoriting. Definitely another must-watch.

"Jack and Joker" is a standout series from Yinwar, known for its lovey-dovey narratives. This show shifts focus from emotional tears to intense action and deeper character connections. Unlike previous series that emphasized physical attraction, "Jack and Joker" explores the distinct lives of its two main characters, highlighting how they find solace in each other despite their different backgrounds. The show beautifully captures the theme of opposites attracting and discovering love and peace together. For a perfect accompaniment, I recommend listening to "Sailor Song" by Gigi Perez and "Lovers" by Anna of the North while watching. If you haven't seen it yet, these songs will enhance your experience!
