When Luke Wong gets dumped by his girlfriend of 6 years, Judy, his whole world crumbles around him. Joe, his best buddy, is also abandoned by his girlfriend on the same day, leading the two to set off on a journey to rebuild their lives.

Luke's boss pushes him to the edge, causing him to quit his job in a fit of rage. Now jobless and without Judy around to help with rent, Luke and Joe embark on a search for new jobs and rent money.

Joe tries to pick up girls but ends up getting stopped by a group of buff guys. Angered by the incident, Joe signs himself and Luke up for fitness lessons.

Joe pushes Luke to get over his break up by setting him up for online dates. Luke finds himself in increasingly awkward situations as he proceeds with his internet romances. Meanwhile, Joe pretends to be a photographer to earn more cash.
