Ashraf Mazlan is that friend you'll call a chaperone, third wheel - the titular Lamp Post. His mom, Zainab, is worried that her son is getting older and thus, set him up for a blind date. This is not her first time setting it up.

Sally thought she is to be promoted but there's another candidate for that role as well. Everyone in Big Buzz is wondering who is their new boss. They only know his name - J.P. Meanwhile, Zainab continues to set up another blind date.

Bob wants to have kids but Sally doesn't want for now as she is eyeing for a promotion. Mazlan wants to pick up a new hobby - cycling. J.P is eager to know his employees well in Big Buzz.

Ashraf feels he's being cheated because Nadia didn't tell him about JP. Mazlan is trying to hide from Zainab that he got to know a lady cyclist. A server breakdown in Big Buzz leads to an unexpected discovery for the whole office.

Ashraf promises to Nadia that he will fix the damage that he had caused. Bob tries to convince Sally that the time is now to have children. Nenek starts working with the Non Nom Boys but all doesn't seem well.

Bob tries to set up a date for Ashraf with a staff from another department in the Pereira Group. Some money is missing at the food truck and Razli is adamant to find out who is the culprit.

Nadia introduces her bridesmaids to Ashraf and in come Jen, Nadia's cousin. The one who Ashraf ghosted 16 years ago. Zainab hired a private investigator as she suspects that Mazlan is having an affair.

Martha tries to convince J.P not to get married to Nadia. Zainab follows Mazlan discreetly and find out the truth. Sally reveals to Bob that she is pregnant.. much to the delight of Bob and the dismay of Sally.

Bob is oblivious that J.P is sending him to Bangkok for an urgent client presentation. Zainab met her ex crush back in secondary school, Zack, and got smitten by him. J.P is asking for Ashraf's help as he loses his card.

It's the eve of the wedding and the caterer goes missing. Not just the caterer but J.P goes missing as well and Ashraf feels he knows why. Bob is extremely frustrated that Sally didn't spend time with him to resolve their differences.

The year is 2007. Before Nadia, there was this girl in the school by the name of Shayla Anggulia who Ashraf had a big crush on. Bob, an avid basketball player back then, likes to chat on the internet.

The wedding day. Ashraf and Nadia realised that J.P goes missing (again!) after the incident last night. Something happened to Sally as she and Bob were searching for J.P. Mazlan tried to teach Zainab how to cycle but it's not easy.

Nadia, J.P and Ashraf arrived just in time for the solemnisation. After the mishap, Sally is determined to attend the wedding. Nadia and J.P finally weds and Ashraf disappeared just before the wedding is over, much to the dismay of Nadia.
