Adi, a talented artist, gets entangled with a dangerous patron to save his grandfather. As deceit and murder surround him, Adi must confront the true cost of his choices, risking everything for vengeance and redemption.

Adi is an aspiring artist trying to make a name for himself while caring for his ailing grandfather. After rejecting a lucrative yet morally questionable offer from a mysterious woman, Kamini, he faces a crisis when his grandfather falls into a coma. Desperate for funds to pay for the life-saving treatment, Adi reluctantly agrees to Kamini's deal, creating replica paintings for her shady business in exchange for the money he needs. As Adi gets deeper into Kamini's world, he enjoys the wealth and recognition that come with his work, but the line between art and crime blurs. Meanwhile, his grandfather's condition worsens. Soon, Adi discovers that Kamini, along with a corrupt doctor, may be responsible for his grandfather's death. Enraged and seeking revenge, Adi sets out to confront Kamini, only to find himself entangled in a violent and deadly game of manipulation and deceit. In a climactic showdown, Adi takes out Kamini's guards and kills her right-hand man, Firoz, before confronting Kamini herself. Instead of striking a deal, Adi burns down his art studio-symbolizing the destruction of the life he built on deception. "Art of Threes" follows the journey of Adi, a young and talented artist, who is determined to pursue his passion while caring for his beloved grandfather. Grief-stricken and furious, Adi embarks on a path of revenge. He confronts Kamini, taking down her loyal right-hand man, Firoz, in the process. Kamini attempts to negotiate, offering Adi a way out, but he refuses. In a final act of defiance, Adi sets fire to his studio-burning down both the physical symbol of his art and the corrupted life he built through Kamini's influence.

The film ends with Adi standing amidst the flames, a man torn between revenge, grief, and redemption. His final words reveal the weight of the choices he's made: "Mistakes are silent shadows, but leave lasting scars." As the fire consumes his former life, Adi walks away, unsure of what the future holds but resolute in his need to reclaim his integrity.
