This series is clearly aimed at spotlighting young femme talent, but petite superstar Lulu Chu still impresses in the role of an innocent-looking young woman, here seducing her overworked stepdad Tommy Gunn.

The role reversal of Chu dominating while Gunn plays a more passive role for a change works well to develop and sustain tension as the couple gradually turn to faux incest as their solution to living with the unseen (and thereby mysterious) character of her mom/his wife in this offbeat family depiction. I kept waiting for her to show up, but that would have made for an entirely different story.
