Theories and possibilities.

Various letters are explored, letter that Arthur Leigh Allen had written to Phyllis Seawater. The film is released, and the family consider the possibility that Allen was a serial killer, one who dodged prosecution.

It's an interesting final episode, where several revelations are made, secrets hidden away for decades.

I was intrigued by Allen's final letter, is it even conceivable that he was an innocent man, or was it one final game he played before he died?

It is incredible to think that nobody was brought to book, all of those victims were well and truly failed. Of course we have the power of hindsight, and it seems obvious that Allen was the killer, but we simply will never know the truth.

Even with today's technology and scientific advanced, it still cannot be proved that Allen was the zodiac killer.

David Seawater: I said, "Mr. Allen, you drugged us?" "Yes, I did." He goes, "I molested your sister. There were periods where we were groggy. We had no explanation for it. I realized then exactly what he was doing and how he was doing it. At that point, he had started sobbing and blubbering and trying to catch his breath. At that second, I thought, okay--here we go. I asked, "Mr. Allen, were you the Zodiac?" There was deathly silence. I didn't hear anything for a second. Then I hear this gasping noise. He was just crying. He collected himself enough and he came back on. In a real weak voice, he goes, "Yes, it was me."
