Shao Peng's job search isn't going well, due to his health condition he is constantly facing discrimination. While heading home, he's bumped into by Zi Xiang. Shao Peng saves him from being attacked by locals. Who is targeting Zi Xiang?
Zi Xiang and Shao Peng meet again, this time Zi Xiang learns Shao Peng is deaf. Zi Xiang makes a request of Feng Jie to act as Zi Xiang's stand-in. Shao Peng's friend Song Shu He who is overworked asks Shao Peng to be her assistant.
Zi Xiang visits Shao Peng to ask if he'd be his caretaker, to which he reluctantly agrees. As per Zi Xiang's plan Jonathan acts as Zi Xiang's stand in at the company. Meanwhile, Zi Xiang tries to escape the safe house but was it worth it?
Shao Peng found Zi Xiang outside and while patching him up they made progress in their communication. While at the bar Jonathan was mistaken for Zi Xiang leading him a step closer to catching the culprits.
Shao Peng hands in his resignation letter to Zi Xiang and in turn it leads them to openly communicating and understanding one another. Jonathan is experiencing flirting in the office and also an attempt was made outside of it again.
