Former online poker player Jimmy Harmon finds himself returning to live play after his accounts are suspended. But his attempts to rebuild his bankroll are interrupted when his friend Will Archer warns him that one of his less-than-reputable creditors, semi-reformed Las Vegas gangster Wiktoria Salkiewicz, is actively seeking him out.

Down-on-his-luck poker player Jimmy Harmon finds himself back in Las Vegas in an attempt to replenish his meager bankroll. But it appears that one of his less-than-reputable creditors, Wiktoria Salkiewicz, has caught up to him... and is not particularly scrupulous as to how she recovers her investment.

Coming up short in his attempts to call in debts from veteran poker player 'Big Mike' Dalton, Jimmy Harmon has resolved to leave town before his chief creditor, Wiktoria Salkiewicz, catches up with him. But when he encounters quirky fellow poker player Peeps, a sudden and dramatic turn of events may set him along another path.

Poker player Jimmy Harmon's plan to leave town in order to evade the clutches of shady Las Vegas gangster Wiktoria Salkiewicz is cut short after a car bomb apparently meant for him instead takes down his friend Will Archer. After being questioned by the police, Harmon finds Salkiewicz has caught up to him - but claims to have had nothing to do with the attempt on his life. As she begins to elaborate, it becomes clear that other sinister forces may be catching up to them both.

After narrowly escaping a squad of heavily armed gunmen - and witnessing the abduction of cabaret dancer Amber by a crew of what seem to be government agents - poker player Jimmy Harmon manages to leave Las Vegas with the help of fellow poker player Peeps. But as they drive along the desert highway en route to California, they discover an unexpected clue that may shed light onto the sinister forces at work.

Poker player Jimmy Harmon has found himself embroiled in a struggle between Las Vegas gangster Wiktoria Salkiewicz and one or more sets of opponents with unknown motives. With the help of fellow gambler Peeps, Harmon is slowly piecing together more of the full picture - discovering clues alongside a dead body half-buried in the Nevada desert. But their investigations are cut short when their opponents catch up to them and proceed to make chase.

Managing to keep one step ahead of their pursuers, poker player Jimmy Harmon and his traveling companion Peeps decide to make their way back to Las Vegas in order to follow the one clue still in their possession: a hotel room key connected to the mysterious "money man" they believe is key to their opponents' schemes. But in order to enter the city and reach the hotel undetected, they will need to find a way to keep their approach concealed from prying eyes.

After making their way to the Lyon Majestic hotel and sneaking into the room of the mysterious "money man" they believe is behind everything, Jimmy Harmon and fellow poker player Peeps discover evidence that the forces arrayed against them may not be what they seem. But when their intrusion is discovered, they are forced to flee... only to discover the federal agents whose nest they've stumbled into are right on top of them.

Professional poker player Jimmy Harmon has been dogged by a string of misfortunes and mysteries, taking him from the casinos of Las Vegas to the Nevada desert and back. But just as he begins to piece together the truth - or at least what he believes to be the truth - he is hit with one final blow. An inopportune slip cues Harmon into a new, as-yet-unanticipated betrayal... from the one person he truly thought he could trust.

Professional poker player Jimmy Harmon's time in Las Vegas has been anything but routine. A bomb set by a henchman in the employ of Las Vegas gangster Wiktoria Salkiewicz has apparently led to the death of his friend Will Archer. Salkiewicz denies involvement, but they are attacked by armed gunmen before she can elaborate. Evading the attackers, Harmon and fellow gambler Rachael 'Peeps' Leblanc head out of town, only to find a corpse half-buried in the desert, a set of unscrupulous federal agents in close pursuit. Returning to the city, Harmon seeks out veteran poker player 'Big Mike' Dalton for help, only to discover that Dalton himself has been deeply involved in the past week's activities. Dalton and the same gunmen who earlier attached Salkiewicz hustle Harmon out to the hotel parking lot, only to run up against both the federal agents and the Las Vegas Police - a confrontation that results in a hail of unrestrained gunfire.

Washington, DC, September 2011. Bicycle messenger Swipe is on the final delivery of her career - transporting a set of vital papers to a government office by a five o'clock deadline - before moving ahead with long-delayed wedding plans. But forces intent on interrupting that delivery quickly move to oppose her - as does one of her unprincipled courier competitors.
