Pay Dirt: The Story of Supercross

Beginning was good but the video jumped around out of order of what was being discussed, only a person who lived it would know ? The Button, Hannah, and Johnson segments saved it then they went CORPORATE ..... WORSHIPPING the COOMBS family and "amateur" nationals where the COOMBS family OWNS AND MAKES MILLIONS $$$ from the event and runs with an IRON FIST including ENFORCER that intimidates anyone who questions. THEN it gets just as bad... enter the Deegan family. Father was UNIVERSALLY despised in his one hit wonder "racing" career, somehow made millions selling merch. His son is treated in this film as the CHOSEN ONE to become LORD OF MOTO ???? He has never even raced the the ELITE RIDERS !!!!

Enjoyed watching scenes from Supercross racers that happened when I was a teenager. Seeing some of the riders of the past, like Roger DeCoster, the late Marty Smith, Ricky Johnson, and Jammin' Jimmy Weinert. Many of the venues in the movie are (sadly) no longer used. It also gives many of the younger Supercross fans an insight to how this all began. It's kind of odd that they show Mike Goodwin so much, since he's still serving time for killing racing great Mickey Thompson and his wife. Hoping this eventually gets released on Blu-ray, but have been assured that at a minimum they will release if for streaming. If you're a Supercross fan, you need to see this movie.
